Short Tour Description

You will have an exciting adventure with the e-MTBs as you head into the Alta Garrotxa mountains. The landscape here is very impressive, with dense woodland, canyons, mountains covered in green forests and winding rivers carving out unique rock formations! The landscape here is magnificent and dramatic and you will be in awe of the power of nature during this tour!

The road crossing over the one-thousand-year-old bridge is simply stunning and the entrance into the canyon is spectacular! You feel like you are stepping back in time in this special place.

Once you arrive and you get off of your e-bikes, you will hike up to unspoilt natural river pools where you can enjoy a swim in the cool fresh mountain water. What could be better that a freshwater dip after a morning of cycling?

This eday ride and hiking trip offers you the chance to discover the beautiful valley of Sant Aniol and its river and canyons. The level of difficulty of the cycling during this tour is classified as both easy and moderate. The hike up to the waterfall has a moderate classification as it can be challenging in places.

Please note

Tour begins in Sant Pere Pescador at 9:00 a.m. with transfer to Tortellà, a little town in the mountains. There you will have the tour briefing and an introduction to the e-bikes.
We would be happy to organise you a transfer to the start/end-point of the tour (Sant Pere Pescador). Please contact us!

All tour itineraries are general guidelines and in order to offer our customers the best e-cycling holiday experience we make occasional changes. The number of daily kilometres and metres of ascent are approximate as we offer different options on most of the days of the tour.

Depending on the number of simultaneous tours, the season, the weather and national holidays, we may make alterations to the itineraries at short-notice, which could affect the number of hours of e-cycling per day, the route we take to any given destination or the use of alternative accommodation. Tours can also be cycled in both directions. All changes are at our discretion, but when changes are made, we endeavour to ensure that our high-quality standards are maintained and reflected in the alternatives that we choose.
